Visually dramatic hole with a panoramic view because of the elevated tee. Very challenging long tee shot is required as the hole plays long and the green is protected by green side bunkers.
The hole plays into the prevailing winds which blow slightly from left to right.
This hole tests the players wedge accuracy as most tee shot end up a short left off the green.
Bogey here is considered good score as the green is highly undulating and slopes from left to right.

Local rules
- Penalty areas (yellow stakes) - a stream between the tee and the fairway, area on the right side behind the stream.
- Penalty areas (red stakes) - bushy planting around the ravine on the left side, behind the green on the right side.
- Drop zone - below on the right side which you can use when you hit the penalty area behind the green.
